E-commerce Associate -Triumph (Makati)

Responsible for managing and growing the Triumph brand across e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strong overall platform performance. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners and oversees both e-commerce operations and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the Triumph brand across e-commerce platforms and Seller Centers.
• Oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Seller Center, covering both internal and external processes.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
• Develop and execute e-commerce marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand visibility.
• Monitor platform performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans.
• Ensure alignment between e-commerce operations, marketing activities, and overall brand objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• With at least 1 – 2 years of experience in E-commerce
• Exposure to digital processes is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to engage with customers
• Willing to work onsite, in Chino Roces, Makati
