E-Commerce Associate with Marketing Experience (Arabic)

We are looking for a proactive E-Commerce Associate with experience in online sales and digital marketing. You will manage e-commerce activities, support marketing campaigns, handle customer inquiries, and help improve online sales and customer satisfaction. We are looking for Arabic-speaking candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update online stores, including product listings, pricing, images and descriptions
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online platforms
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, complaints and after-sales support
• Build strong customer relationships and make sure customers are satisfied
• Monitor online sales performance, customer feedback and campaign results
• Work with the sales, inventory and logistics teams so orders are fulfilled on time
• Support promotions, product launches and brand awareness campaigns
• Prepare regular reports on online sales, customer engagement and marketing performance

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic (required) and good English
• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing and customer relations
• Knowledge of online sales platforms, social media marketing and digital advertising
• Experience managing product listings, online orders and customer inquiries
• Good communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments
• Experience in automotive accessories or retail is an advantage
