E-Commerce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with E-Commerce and Marketing teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear tasks for the Development team
• Coordinate with developers to follow up on feature updates, bug fixes, and ongoing improvements
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for website updates and ensure key flows function correctly (e.g., product display, promotions, checkout, payment)
• Identify issues, provide clear details (steps, expected vs actual results), and track them through to resolution
• Validate and ensure accuracy of website content, including products, pricing, and promotional setups
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure correct implementation of content and campaign setups
• Support campaign readiness by validating promotion setup, voucher configuration, and product availability before launch
• Assist in documenting basic workflows and system configurations for internal use

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, IT, or related fields preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Business Analyst, or similar roles
• Familiar with CMS or Backoffice systems and basic E-commerce processes (product catalog, promotions, order flow)
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Basic understanding of website performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for reviewing page display issues is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills across teams
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through to completion
• Hands-on mindset with a focus on execution
