ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client, a global supply chain solutions provider, is looking for an Online Catalogue Administrator to support its online ordering and customer portal platforms for businesses around the world. You will be the go-to person for how the platform is set up and used, helping account teams keep their customer portals current, consistent and full of content that drives orders.

This is a great fit for someone with e-commerce, website management or digital operations experience who enjoys both hands-on content work and helping people use their systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Set up and configure customer web portals and online shops

• Update and maintain website and catalogue content, including products, articles, images and descriptions

• Serve as the frontline "Super User" and handle helpdesk requests from account teams

• Train new account teams on using the back-end system

• Build and maintain a library of product and informational content across platforms

• Set up ordering windows to help drive order volumes

• Review customer ordering platforms and reuse key content to support new markets

• Help the technology team scope requirements and test new platform features

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in e-commerce, online catalogue or website management (for example WordPress, Shopify, eBay or similar platforms)

• Solid understanding of content management, or a background in marketing or digital operations

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication

• Good business process awareness

• Organized, able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

• Service-minded team player who builds good relationships with colleagues and customers

• College degree preferred

• Experience with helpdesk support or training users is an advantage

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
