E-commerce Claims Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Associate to join our Logistics Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and investigating shipment-related claims, including lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer claims related to lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered shipments.
• Investigate claims by reviewing shipment records, proof of delivery (POD), photos, GPS logs, and other supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, Dispatch, and Delivery Teams to gather necessary information for claim investigations.
• Recommend appropriate claim resolutions, including reimbursement, replacement, or claim denial when applicable.
• Identify recurring claim trends and recommend process improvements to minimize future incidents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with shipment tracking systems, proof of delivery (POD), and logistics documentation.
• Knowledge of claims investigation procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
