E-commerce Marketing Manager

We are looking for a digital-savvy Marketing Manager who lives and breathes digital, loves fashion and sneakers, knows how to drive business results, and can build real buzz around brands, drops, and campaigns.

Someone who thinks both Performance and Brand , works fast in a high-paced environment, can lead initiatives end-to-end, and knows how to connect content, media, community, and sales.

The role is responsible for driving the website’s overall marketing and growth activity, with a strong focus on sales performance, brand growth, and enhancing the customer journey and experience across the website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Performance Marketing activities across Meta, TikTok, Google Shopping, and Google Search.
• Own CRM channels, including Email Marketing, SMS, and Push Notifications.
• Manage influencer marketing activities and collaborations.
• Lead brand campaigns and content productions from concept to execution.
• Collaborate closely with global teams.
• Manage commercial relationships with suppliers and brands.
• Work closely with E-commerce, Creative, Merchandising, and Media teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing and/or E-commerce.
• Strong understanding of Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding and passion for the fashion industry – a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong creativity and commercial mindset.
• High-level English proficiency.
