E-commerce Content Administrator

As our E-Commerce Content Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our website is accurate, visually appealing, and optimized to drive online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across our e-commerce platform
• Upload new products, images, pricing, sizing information, and descriptions
• Ensure product content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Support website updates, promotional campaigns, and seasonal launches
• Monitor stock availability and ensure inventory information is reflected accurately online
• Organize product categories and collections to enhance the customer shopping journey
• Assist with online merchandising, including featured products, best sellers, and new arrivals
• Perform regular website quality checks to identify and resolve content issues
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, and Operations teams
• Generate reports and track website performance metrics

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Content Management, Retail Operations, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Experience managing product data and online catalogs
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within Fashion, Apparel, Beauty, or Lifestyle Retail
• Experience in utilizing e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
• Knowledge of CMS platforms and basic SEO principles
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and e-commerce reporting tools
• Passion for fashion and digital commerce
