E-Commerce Content Creator

About the role

You will create product listing images, promotional visuals, banners and other e-commerce content, shoot short product videos, demonstrations and lifestyle content for TikTok, Shopee Video and social media, and edit videos using CapCut or similar video-editing software, including subtitles, music, transitions and simple effects.

Key responsibilities

• Create product photos and short-form videos for Shopee, TikTok and other e-commerce platforms
• Take clear and attractive product photos, including product details, packaging, features and usage
• Edit and enhance product images using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop and AI tools
• Create product listing images, promotional visuals, banners and other e-commerce content
• Shoot short product videos, demonstrations and lifestyle content for TikTok, Shopee Video and social media
• Edit videos using CapCut or similar video-editing software, including subtitles, music, transitions and simple effects
• Work closely with the e-commerce team to understand product features, selling points and promotional requirements
• Convert product information into simple, attractive and easy-to-understand visual content
• Maintain proper organisation of product photos, video footage and creative files
• Keep up with current TikTok, Shopee and social media content trends

About you

• Good eye for visual presentation, composition and product presentation
• Basic knowledge of product photography and video shooting
• Able to edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar software
• Familiar with Canva, Adobe Photoshop or other image-editing/design tools
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation, image enhancement, scripting and daily work
• Able to create simple and attractive content suitable for Shopee, TikTok and social media
• Creative, willing to learn and able to generate new content ideas
• Able to work independently and complete content according to schedule
• Good attention to detail, especially when handling product specifications and product appearance
• Basic understanding of TikTok, Shopee or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage
