E-Commerce Coordinator

• Manage and oversee the company’s E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and other online sales channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, provide product information, and deliver appropriate customer service.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with logistics companies for product pick-up and monitor delivery status.
• Check and follow up on orders, including updating product information and promotions on various platforms.
• Prepare reports related to sales performance, orders, or operational issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. All Gender.
2. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
3. At least 2 years of experience in E-commerce or online marketplace platforms.
4. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
5. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
