E-Commerce Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a computer savvy and detail oriented E Commerce Coordinator to support our online sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, good computer proficiency, and the ability to manage product listings, online orders, and e commerce platforms efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and stock availability across e commerce platforms.
• Monitor and process online orders, ensuring timely coordination for order fulfilment and delivery.
• Maintain product data, sales records, inventory information, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock updates and timely dispatch of orders.
• Monitor product availability, pricing, order status, cancellations, and returns.
• Assist in updating product catalogues and maintaining accurate information across online marketplaces.
• Prepare regular sales, inventory, and order performance reports.
• Support day to day e commerce operations and resolve basic platform related issues.
• Ensure product information and online records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, IT, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of computers and general office applications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Familiarity with e commerce platforms such as Amazon and Noon will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in e-commerce coordination, online sales, product listing, or marketplace operations is preferred.
• Good data entry, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Umm al-Quwain: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
