About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to support our online stores, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations. This role will manage website content, product listings, promotions, email marketing, and digital assets while collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Shopify, Wordpress and custom websites, including products, collections, pages, and website content
• Upload and maintain accurate product listings, including SKUs, pricing, descriptions, images, and availability
• Support Shopify and MAS database (Sage) integration and e-commerce system updates
• Set up online promotions and discounts
• Create website banners, popups, pages, and other digital assets
• Update retail and wholesale product information on custom web platforms
• Create and send weekly Mailchimp email campaigns
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and campaign performance

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of E-commerce or website management experience, preferably Shopify
• Experience managing product listings and digital content
• SEO and digital marketing knowledge preferred
• Experience with Mailchimp or another email marketing platform
• Basic graphic design skills; Photoshop/Illustrator and Canva experience preferred
• WordPress experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $45,000 - $50,000

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:30am – 5:30pm)
