E-Commerce Coordinator - Webmaster

We are looking for a Junior Webmaster / E-Commerce Assistant to manage and update the company s website and support day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Update website content, products, prices, images, and descriptions.
• Manage online product listings and ensure information is accurate.
• Monitor website functionality and report or coordinate the resolution of technical issues.
• Process and follow up on online orders.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and stock teams regarding product availability.
• Assist with promotions, banners, and website updates.
• Monitor basic website and e-commerce performance.
• Ensure the website remains organized, accurate, and user-friendly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in website management, e-commerce, or a similar role.

• Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and website administration.

• Comfortable working with digital tools and Microsoft Office.

• Good command of French.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
