E-Commerce Creative Specialist

About the Role

Ratan Sajan Diamonds is looking for a creative, tech-savvy and detail-oriented digital specialist to build and manage our online presence and luxury brand image.

This is a hands-on role covering video editing, AI photography, graphic design, branding, Shopify and SEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Create premium Instagram Reels, videos and digital content
• Edit jewellery/product videos and photography
• Create AI-generated product shoots, backgrounds and campaigns
• Design social media creatives, website banners and advertisements
• Maintain a consistent luxury brand identity
• Manage and improve our Shopify website
• Upload products and optimize product pages
• Improve SEO, Google rankings, metadata and website content
• Create and manage content for Instagram and other digital platforms
• Research new AI tools and creative trends to improve our online presence

Software / Skills

Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut
Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
AI: Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling or similar AI tools
E-commerce: Shopify, Shopify Liquid
SEO: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush / Ahrefs
Social: Instagram, Meta Business Suite

You do not need to know every software listed, but strong experience with several of these is expected.

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong portfolio of video, graphic design and digital content
• Good understanding of luxury branding and aesthetics
• Shopify and SEO experience
• Comfortable using AI creative tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative, fast-learning and able to work independently
• Jewellery, luxury, fashion or e-commerce experience is a plus

Portfolio is mandatory.
