Duties

• Phone support

• Order Tracking & Logistics Support.
• Administrative support.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred in e-commerce, sales, and/or customer service roles.
• Attention to accuracy and detail.
• Experience preferred in E-Commerce customer service
• Supplier ordering.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with Shopify would be an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow within the e-commerce industry while providing outstanding service to customers
• Lighting, home decor and construction industry experience an asset but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
