E-Commerce Customer Service Assistant

Greaves have an exciting new vacancy within its E-Commerce department. We are looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Assistant to join our team, the role will be based at our Glasgow store. This role is perfect for someone who loves to offer 1st Class customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders

• Assist customers with order/product queries via phone and email

• Prepare, process, and pack online orders

• Other duties as necessary

• Organisational Skills: Be well organised and be able to prioritise to get the most out of your working day.

Skills Required

• Highly competent with Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with Shopify platform is desirable.
• Able to manage time in order to meet deadlines, working both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organised and can manage task priority according to responsibilities.
