e-Commerce Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations of e-Commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/Official Website).
• Assist customers with the ordering process, including order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
• Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or damaged items.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Offer solutions that align with company policies and customer satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for delivery arrangements to ensure orders are attended to as per sales orders, deadlines, and customer payment tracking records.
• Prepare delivery orders and invoices for customers.
• Update shipment statuses in the tracking system on a daily basis.
• Must be able to assist with any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English and Chinese keyboard typing (Pinyin input capability is a plus).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage.
