- Follow up on customer issues when needed
- Maintain good customer service and customer satisfaction
About you
- Minimum SPM / UEC
- Good communication skills in English
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on rotational shifts / rest days
