E-commerce Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an E-commerce Customer Service Representative with a strong background and knowledge of multiple platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and/or TikTok Shop

Schedule: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm EST

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails and messages across multiple platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and/or TikTok Shop.
• Handle basic customer service inquiries related to orders, returns, and general concerns
• Run, download, and upload reports from Amazon Seller Central
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses
• Assist with general Amazon account support tasks as needed

Requirements

• Experience working in e-commerce customer service for a 3rd-party seller
• Experience across multiple platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify and/or TikTok Shop
• Experience handling customers via phone, email and chat
• Experience processing orders, returns, refunds and exchanges
• Ability to handle disputes, claims, chargebacks and negative feedback
• Strong experience with order and shipment tracking, including following up on delayed shipments
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative and follow up on tasks when customer service is quiet
• Clear and professional communication skills
