E-commerce Customer Service Representative

Fabricville is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our e-commerce team.

Your Role

· Respond to customer inquiries by email, phone, and other online channels.

· Assist customers with orders, products, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.

· Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.

· Follow up on orders and collaborate with internal teams to find solutions.

· Help deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.

What You Bring

· Previous customer service or retail experience.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests.

· Comfortable using digital tools and e-commerce platforms.

· Knowledge of Shopify, Attentive and Zendesk is an asset.

· Excellent French communication skills; English is an asset for serving our English-speaking customers.
