What they need
Cardboard Boxes is looking for an experienced E-commerce Customer Service administrator
Our business is fully online selling via many different e-commerce platforms in addition to our websites. We have grown 20% year on year due to our dedication on sales and meeting customer expectations.
The role is office based at our premises in Walsall, the hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a 30minute break for lunch.
The successful candidate will have experience of all areas of e-commerce customer service. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a flexible and creative approach while working to tight deadlines on a daily basis.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
