About the role
We are looking for a friendly and proactive E-commerce Customer Service & Assistant to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- Reply to customer inquiries via chat/messages
- Process orders and handle after-sales issues
- Assist with daily operational tasks
About you
- Able to communicate in Malay, Chinese and English
- Computer literate and able to type efficiently
- Outgoing personality with good communication skills
- Experience in e-commerce customer service or administrative work is preferred
- Sales experience is highly encouraged
