Role & responsibilities
* Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email channels.
* Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Assist customers with orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
* Meet individual and team performance targets.
Preferred candidate profile
* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
* Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to work rotational shifts and a 6-day work week.
