E-commerce Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Data Analyst who will support the E-commerce team through data analysis, reporting, and insights. The role will analyze customer, sales, product, and order data to help the business understand performance, identify trends, and support better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards for the E-commerce team.
• Analyze sales, customer behavior, products, orders, and promotions.
• Monitor customer trends such as new, returning, and inactive customers.
• Provide insights to support marketing, merchandising, customer experience, and operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and investigate data discrepancies.
• Work with the Data and E-commerce teams to improve reports and data quality.
• Translate business questions into meaningful data insights.
• Maintain and update dashboards and reporting tools.
• Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, digital, or customer analytics is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL and BI/dashboard tools.
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with large amounts of data.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of Python or other data analysis tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Experience in customer, sales, or marketing analytics.
• Experience working with e-commerce or retail data.
