E-commerce Data Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in e-commerce or retail will be an added advantage
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Strong skills in SQL and advanced Excel functions.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to present data findings effectively.

Responsibility

• Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize website performance and user experience.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SQL, and Excel to gather and process data.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
