Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis, e-commerce, pricing, reporting, or a related field
• Advanced Power BI skills, with hands-on experience building end-to-end dashboards and KPI trackers
• Python experience, particularly in web scraping and data collection
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Experience translating data into actionable business insights and recommendations
• Exposure to pricing analysis, e-commerce data, SAP Business One data structures, or API integrations is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail, organization, responsibility, and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and scheduled monitoring consistently
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools

Responsibilities

Dealer and Competitor Pricing Monitoring

• Monitor dealer websites daily or weekly to verify pricing compliance.
• Review listed prices against the company's Recommended Advertising Price (RAP).
• Flag underpriced, overpriced, or incorrectly listed products.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Dealer Pricing Compliance Database.
• Track competitor pricing across key brands, retailers, and commercial kitchen equipment dealers.
• Record competitor promotions, discounts, bundled offers, and price fluctuations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly dealer and competitor pricing reports with trend analysis.
• Identify opportunities to adjust pricing or emphasize product value.

E-Commerce Product Data Validation

• Validate product prices, specifications, titles, images, and other information on dealer websites.
• Track incorrect or outdated listings and escalate identified issues to management.
• Monitor promotional listings that may affect brand presentation.

SAP Reporting and Data Extraction

• Generate and maintain SAP Business One reports covering sales, stock movements, serial number tracking, warehouse activity, and service returns.
• Build structured Excel and Power BI templates for recurring reports.

Workflow Automation

• Create and maintain Power Automate workflows for reporting, notifications, and data updates.
• Automate manual processes to improve internal efficiency and accuracy.

Market and Competitor Analysis

• Collect pricing data from major competitors weekly and monthly.
• Analyze price movement trends across product categories.
• Benchmark the company's pricing position against the market.
• Identify areas where the company is price-competitive.
• Determine where competitors undercut the company's pricing.
• Highlight dealer pricing deviations and seasonal or promotional pricing patterns.
• Provide management with strategic pricing insights and actionable recommendations.

Internal Data Support

• Assist with product master data updates, including prices, specifications, and categories.
• Support the Australian operations team with reporting and pricing-related inquiries.
• Maintain organized digital records, trackers, and standard operating procedure documentation.
