What they need
- Waybill Generation & Order Sorting: Generate, print, and meticulously arrange waybills/airway bills (AWBs) matched by order, batch, and SKU for the packing team.
- Stock & Listing Management: Track inventory on Shopee & Lazada to promptly delist/update sold-out SKUs and prevent out-of-stock penalties.
- Pricing & Campaign Execution: Adjust standard retail prices and set up promotional/flash sale campaign discounts across platforms.
- Direct Order Processing: Encode manual orders from social/direct inquiries, confirm payment proofs, and book courier dispatch.
- Warehouse Alignment: Deduct shared stock pools and coordinate order fulfillments with the warehouse packing team.
