E-Commerce Executive / Account Manager – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage e-commerce accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Myntra, etc.
• Create and manage product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing, and inventory.
• Monitor orders, sales, returns, cancellations, and inventory levels.
• Manage marketplace dashboards and resolve account-related issues.
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams and raise/follow up on tickets.
• Monitor product performance, sales, and advertising campaigns.
• Work on PPC/Ads, promotions, coupons, and product visibility.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and marketplace representatives.
• Ensure product information and marketplace requirements are updated accurately.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, or Myntra Seller Panels.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: 405, NRK Biz Park, Vijay Nagar, Indore (M.P.)
