E-commerce Executive / Assistant

DESCRIPTION

· Assist in the development, management, and maintenance of online shop content, including updating product listings and images.

· Create and prepare promotional materials such as graphics, product descriptions, EDMs, and social media content.

· Schedule and execute promotional events on the eCommerce platform.

· Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and efficiently resolving issues.

· Stay informed about eCommerce trends and best practices to enhance performance.

· Collaborate closely with the warehouse to monitor stock levels, arrange deliveries, and follow up on orders.

· Coordinate with suppliers and the warehouse to manage inventory replenishment.

· Perform additional ad hoc tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

· Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 year of relevant work experience.

· Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

· Strong interest in the eCommerce industry, with a willingness to develop skills in platforms like Shopify and WordPress.

· Experience with design tools such as Adobe and Canva is a plus.

· Proven experience in eCommerce operations or a similar role.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

· Immediate availability is preferred.
