E-Commerce Executive / Billing

• Basic computer knowledge is essential
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets preferred
• Ability to learn new software and online tools quickly
• Jewellery industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Candidates from Kannur area will be given preference
• Handle daily showroom billing and customer transactions
• Manage online orders and e-commerce enquiries
• Add and update products, prices, images and descriptions on e-commerce platforms
• Maintain accurate product and order information
• Coordinate online orders from enquiry to dispatch
• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, phone and online channels
• Maintain basic sales and order records
• Support the team with other day-to-day digital and administrative activities

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
