E-Commerce Executive

Amazure Solutions Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. We are looking for a results-driven professional with 0-1 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing product catalogs and optimizing listings across leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and AJIO.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate product listings, optimizing content for better search visibility, and managing day-to-day marketplace operations to ensure account health and business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate inventory, pricing, order fulfillment, and customer support while executing marketplace advertising campaigns to maximize traffic, conversions, and revenue. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of using data to improve marketplace performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, and other marketplaces.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing to improve search rankings and conversions.
• Monitor and maintain marketplace account health and operational performance.
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Analyze sales, traffic, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory management, pricing updates, order processing, and customer support.
• Stay updated with marketplace policies, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum fresher years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
• 1+ years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience managing product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Helium 10, Keepa, and other e-commerce analytics tools is preferred.
