E-Commerce Executive

• Manage and optimize the online product catalog, ensuring accurate product information and appealing presentation.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute online promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Manage relationships with e-commerce platform providers and other third-party vendors.
• Ensure a seamless online shopping experience by monitoring and resolving customer issues and inquiries.
• Track and report on e-commerce KPIs, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• On-boarding our products on Q-Commerce platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or related role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (amazon, noon, mumzworld, first cry) and online marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Own Visa (spouse sponsored or self-visa) candidates will be given preference.
