E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle the daily operation of all E-Commerce channels including external platforms
• Responsible for product listing from preparing materials to product listing on all platforms
• Support online platform interface updates with latest promotion, pricing updates, layout and content improvement, etc.
• Support and drive a smooth E-Commerce customer journey including order processing and customer service issues
• Work closely with product team and logistics team to manage the stock and logistics
• Prepare reports and analysis to track and review the sales performance

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• At least 3 years experiences in E-Commerce operation/online sales platform operation
• Familiarity with platforms such as ZALORA, HKTVmall, Shopify, Shopline are highly advantageous
• Well organization skills, self-motivated and attentive to details, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Excel, skills in Photoshop and Canva is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP and ecommerce system will be an advantage
• Good in Chinese and English (both verbal and written)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior E-Commerce Executive
