Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Location: Lajpat Nagar, Near Central Market, Delhi

Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 per month (Negotiable) Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview We are looking for a smart, active, and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of data entry, Excel, website management, order processing, and sales coordination .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and product data management.
• Extract, organize, and maintain data for e-commerce operations.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports related to sales, inventory, orders, and other business activities.
• Upload and update product information, images, prices, and other details on the website.
• Manage dispatch, order processing, and returns.
• Coordinate and track sales-related activities.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely updates in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Visit product/photo shoots as and when required and assist with e-commerce-related requirements.
• Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy.
• Support the team in other day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, data entry, or a related role preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce websites and product uploading.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Should be smart, proactive, active, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Candidates who can independently handle day-to-day e-commerce operations will be preferred.
