E-commerce Executive

Responsibilities:

• Support and optimize e-Commerce daily operations across HKTVmall, cross-border/overseas marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada) and corporate sales channels.
• Assist in daily operational management, including product listing, sales performance reviews, promotional campaign planning, and inventory control.
• Manage product data and system updates, ensuring full accuracy of product information and basic translation support.
• Prepare and analyze e-commerce reports to generate actionable business insights and drive operational efficiency.
• Explore new channels/platforms to maximize sales opportunities
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of daily business.
• Execute ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business or related disciplines
• Min 2 years or above relevant experience in B2C online platform
• Proficiency in HKTV Mall operation is a plus
• Independent & self-motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good command of PC software including Microsoft Office and word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
