E Commerce Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
• Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent stock-outs.
• Process and track customer orders, returns, refunds, and replacements.
• Optimize product listings using SEO keywords to improve visibility and sales.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers.
• Analyze sales reports, traffic, and conversion data to improve performance.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain marketplace compliance, account health, and performance metrics.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
• Work with the marketing team on banners, ads, and product launch activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 03 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or similar platforms.
• Good knowledge of product listing, catalog management, pricing, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and basic reporting).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in product and order management.
• Immediate joiners or candidates willing to work from the office are preferred.
