E-Commerce Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. You will oversee day-to-day eCommerce operations, drive traffic and conversions, manage product listings, and support marketing initiatives tailored to our collector community. This role is ideal for someone passionate about toys, trends, and digital retail who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and optimize the company Shopify website and listings on major marketplaces (Shopee, Amazon, etc.).
• Handle end-to-end product merchandising: uploading listings, optimizing titles/descriptions/images/SEO, and managing inventory for new releases, blind boxes, and limited editions.
• Drive online sales growth through promotions, flash sales, pricing strategies, and campaign execution.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing; provide regular reports and actionable insights.
• Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams for timely product launches and content creation.
• Provide flexible operational support and administrative assistance for new project rollouts as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in consumer goods, toys, fashion, or collectibles.
• Good Command in written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing automation tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to visual merchandising and storytelling for collectible products.
• Passion for toys, art toys, or pop culture is a strong advantage.
