E Commerce Executive

About the role

This role involves managing commercial and sales operations across E-Commerce platforms, executing campaigns and promotions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales growth and achievement of monthly / yearly targets across E-Commerce platforms

• Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, conversion, and campaign results

• Analyze sales data and identify business opportunities, risks, and action plans

• Coordinate pricing, promotion, and assortment strategy to maximize revenue and profitability

• Plan and execute platform campaigns such as Double Date Campaigns, Payday, Brand Days, Mega Campaigns, and Flash Sales

• Coordinate with Marketing and Graphic teams to ensure campaign assets are delivered on time

• Manage voucher strategy, bundle promotions, and platform mechanics

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and analyze campaign effectiveness

• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Finance teams

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields
• 3 years+ experience in E-Commerce, Commercial, Marketplace, or Online Sales
• Experience in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or E-Commerce platforms
• Strong analytical and Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Familiar with platform campaign mechanics and promotional tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
