Key Account Manager (KAM) Marketplaces (E Commerce Executive)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow marketplace accounts across multiple platforms.
• Handle account operations including listing management, inventory planning, pricing, promotions, and stock availability.
• Drive sales growth through campaigns, visibility activities, deal planning, and new product launches.
• Monitor P&L, margins, claims, discounts, and promotional spends to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment, catalog management, and operational execution.
• Analyze sales performance, customer insights, and competitor trends to improve business growth.
• Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers and platform teams.
• Prepare regular sales, inventory, and business performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5+ years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Sales, or Key Account Management.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace operations, listing, inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and marketplace portals/tools.
