E-Commerce Executive

The incumbent will assist the E-Commerce Manager in managing, developing, and operating multiple e-commerce platforms for the Company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan out the website update schedule, and cordinate with different parties to ensure the timely delivery of accurate web content, including storefront design, product photos, product descriptions, promotions, and stock levels
• Work closely with the buying team to prepare for key retail seasonal cycles, including season launches, sales, and promotions
• Partner with the marketing team to formulate digital marketing plan to improve website traffic and conversion rate
• Manage program and campaign launches including but not limited to, banners, web-page design, eDM campaigns, search engine marketing, and social media marketing
• Prepare design briefs for the graphic designer to create on-brand graphics
• Assist the customer service team in providing and maintaining excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Utilize site metrics tracking tools to generate business intelligence reports for performance evaluation

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in e-commerce, Marketing or other related disciplines
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing, experience in using Magento Community version and GA4 is an advantage
• Strong interest in fashion, apparel or footwear brands
• Well organized, with ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and delivering results on schedule
• Good command of written English and Chinese
