• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
• Monitor online sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner.
• Execute promotional campaigns and coordinate with digital marketing activities.
• Analyze website and marketplace performance to improve sales and customer experience.
• Maintain product catalog accuracy and ensure timely stock updates.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
