E-Commerce Executive

About the role

This role involves coordinating and administering e-commerce platforms including Online Shop, Shopify, and Lazada. You will handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, plan and manage e-commerce promotion activities, and coordinate daily online orders including picking, packing, and arranging deliveries. You will work with warehouse operations to ensure timely shipments and inventory management, and ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick-up or delivery service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and process daily online orders, including picking, packing, and arranging deliveries
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Plan, create and manage all e-commerce promotion activities
• Work with warehouse operations to ensure timely shipments and inventory management
• Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick-up or delivery service
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
• Proactively act to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks and queries
• Answer incoming calls and deal with email enquiries
• Monitor and prepare operation reports and reconciliation
• Manage social media marketing

About you

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce marketplace, website administration, and sales
• Understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
• Can work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
