E-Commerce Executive

Desired Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Operations / Digital Marketing, preferably in Apparel or Fashion.
• Good knowledge of Product Listing, Cataloguing and Marketplace Management.
• Basic to good understanding of Performance Marketing and online advertising.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, etc. will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listing and cataloguing across e-commerce marketplaces and the company’s online channels.
• Create and maintain accurate product details, descriptions, images, pricing, sizes, and attributes.
• Ensure products are properly categorized and optimized for better online visibility.
• Monitor product availability, pricing, orders, returns, and overall marketplace performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product images, inventory, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Plan and execute Performance Marketing campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, including sales, traffic, conversions, ROAS, and advertising spend.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, sales, and customer engagement.
• Prepare regular reports on marketplace sales and digital marketing performance.
• Keep track of competitor pricing, products, promotions, and market trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
