E-commerce Executive

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to support our day-to-day marketplace operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and future e-commerce platforms. This role is operations-first: your core mission is to keep our stores accurate, campaign-ready, and error-free.

Role Focus

60% Marketplace Operations & Campaign Execution.

30% Marketplace Ads Support - Execute & Report Under Guidance.

10% Data Support & Team Flexibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock across E-commerce channels.
• Set up and execute campaigns such as Vouchers, Bundles, Flash Sales, and GWP.
• Support Marketplace Ads execution and performance monitoring.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales & Campaign Reports.
• Check store and campaign readiness before going live.
• Coordinate with internal teams and platform partners.
• Support E-commerce projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Internship or project experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Seller Center, or TikTok Shop Seller Center is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, or TikTok Shop Ads is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables and VLOOKUP a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
