E-Commerce Executive

• Handle complete e-commerce product management from product creation to sales and delivery.
• Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, IndiaMART, company website, and other online platforms.
• Upload and update product images, titles, descriptions, specifications, prices, offers, and product information.
• Manage product SKU, stock, inventory, variants, packaging details, MRP, selling price, and discounts.
• Monitor product availability and ensure products remain active and in stock.
• Handle complete online order processing, including order confirmation, packing, dispatch, delivery, cancellation, return, refund, and replacement.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Dispatch, Sales, Accounts, and Courier/Logistics teams.
• Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce platforms.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, inventory management, order processing, and reporting.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Understanding of online sales, product pricing, promotions, and marketplace policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
