We're in the middle of our most significant phase yet: growing the team and building the foundation for a clear path to becoming one of Thailand's leading beauty companies — with a growing multi-brand portfolio, our own channels, and a house brand on the horizon.

The Opportunity

DAILYPAL is looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to own both the operations AND the growth of our stores across every platform (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) — not just keeping the stores running, but finding the levers to grow them.

You'll own the listings that turn browsers into buyers, the campaigns that have to land, the affiliate and creator coordination that drives GMV, and the data that tells you what to do next. It's a real step up from admin — you own the performance of your platforms, work directly with the Growth Lead and brand team, and have plenty of room to grow into bigger e-commerce roles.

What You'll Own

• Own store operations across every platform. Listings, store health, and orders on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop — held to a high standard (4.8+ ratings, fast response).
• Plan and run campaigns. Enroll SKUs, set flash deals and vouchers, and hit the campaign targets.
• Optimize listings to convert. SEO titles, images, and descriptions that both rank and turn browsers into buyers — not just maintain them.
• Coordinate affiliates and creators. Support the affiliate engine and work with creators to pull traffic and grow GMV.
• Support live commerce. Prep and support TikTok Live sessions so they run smoothly and sell.
• Read the data and act. Track GMV, traffic, conversion, and ROAS — spot growth opportunities and bring them forward.
• Keep the stores healthy. Monitor stock and orders, and work with fulfilment and CS.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years hands-on in e-commerce operations across TikTok Shop / Shopee / Lazada — you've run stores end-to-end.
• Campaign execution under your belt. Double Day / Payday / mega-campaigns and platform tools (flash sale, vouchers).
• Comfortable in Seller Centres and affiliate tools; data-literate (GMV, traffic, ROAS) with Excel / Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented AND growth-minded. You keep it flawless and hunt for the next lever to grow.
• Real ownership. You run your platforms like they're your own stores.
• Fast and dynamic; working English; a genuine interest in beauty is a plus.
