E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking an energetic and career focused E-Commerce Executive to support our growing digital sales channels. Reporting directly to the E-Commerce Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day online store operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, maintaining accurate product listings, and helping execute impactful promotional campaigns across our e-commerce platforms.

What You'll Do

• Store & Content Management: Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, inventory levels, and promotional assets to ensure all storefronts are accurate and engaging.
• Campaign & Promotion Execution: Assist in setting up and launching promotional campaigns, flash sales, discount vouchers, and new product rollouts in accordance with brand strategy.
• Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination: Monitor daily orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing, packing, dispatch, and delivery.
• Customer Service & After-Sales Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve product issues promptly, and manage returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refund requests in line with company SOPs.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track store performance metrics, stock availability, and daily sales data to compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Operational Audits & Quality Control: Perform routine store audits to verify pricing accuracy, promotional banner updates, and system functionality; identify operational bottlenecks and escalate issues to management.
• Cross-Department Support: Collaborate with marketing, design, and warehouse teams to execute assigned e-commerce projects and continuously improve shop-floor SOPs.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce store operations (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar marketplace portals).
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in e-commerce seller centers, inventory management software, and MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables) for reporting.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and solid communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
• Fresh graduate with good command in Excel, Canva or any part-time experience handling e-commerce platform and interest in digital commerce are strongly encouraged to apply!
