Key ResponsibilitiesCatalog Management: Update product listings, pricing, and descriptions across websites or marketplaces like Amazon and Shopify.Order Fulfillment: Track daily orders, coordinate with warehouse teams, and handle customer deliveries or returns.Promotions: Set up online discounts, banner ads, and marketing campaigns to hit sales targets.Data Reporting: Use tools like Excel or Google Analytics to track site traffic, sales data, and stock levels.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in online retail or digital marketing.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel, basic SEO, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento).Soft Skills: Good communication, strong organization, and a detail-oriented mindset.
