E-Commerce Executive

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive E‑commerce Executive to manage and grow product listings, content, and advertising across multiple global e‑commerce marketplaces. This role focuses on account handling, catalog optimization, A+ content creation, and ad performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts across marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, Home Depot, and eBay
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend keywords
• Develop and manage A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content as per marketplace guidelines
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, etc.)
• Track listing health, suppressed SKUs, content errors, and resolve catalog issues
• Monitor pricing, Buy Box performance, competitors, and listing visibility
• Analyze ad and account performance data and prepare actionable reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product data, pricing, and content updates
• Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback related to listings and account performance

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce
• Practical experience with listing creation, A+ content, and marketplace ads
• Familiarity with seller dashboards, listing tools, and catalog management workflows
• Basic understanding of ads metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.)
• Good communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
