E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a E-Commerce Executive to join our team and handle day-to-day e-commerce and online business activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using computers and the internet, have good attention to detail, and be willing to learn e-commerce and digital marketing activities.

Freshers with good computer and internet skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and online product listings.
• Add, update, and maintain product information on e-commerce platforms.
• Upload product images, descriptions, prices, and product details.
• Handle basic online research and internet surfing for business requirements.
• Monitor product listings and ensure information is accurate and updated.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, and orders.
• Assist with online order processing and customer-related e-commerce activities.
• Maintain basic reports and records using computer applications.
• Assist with digital marketing activities when required.
• Support the team in improving online product visibility and sales.

Required Skills

• Good computer operating skills.
• Good knowledge of Internet browsing and online research.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word / Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Amazon / Flipkart / Shopify
• Product Listing & Catalogue Management
• Social Media Management
• SEO basics
• Canva or basic graphic design
