Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive with strong hands-on knowledge of product listing, catalog management, content optimization, and marketplace operations across major e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have rich practical experience working on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra and should be able to independently manage product catalogs and resolve listing-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra.
• Handle complete catalog creation and maintenance, including:
• Product titles
• Product descriptions
• Bullet points
• Product specifications
• Images
• Keywords/search terms
• Pricing and inventory
• Product attributes and variations
• Ensure listings are accurate, complete, SEO-friendly, and marketplace-compliant.
• Manage parent-child listings, size/color variations, SKUs, and product mapping.
• Upload and update product catalogs through Seller Panels and bulk Excel templates.
• Monitor and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, inactive products, QC failures, and catalog issues.
• Coordinate with the design, warehouse, purchase, and operations teams for product information and inventory updates.
• Maintain accurate SKU, HSN, GST, MRP, selling price, and inventory data.
• Monitor product visibility, listing status, and catalog health on all marketplaces.
• Handle product onboarding and new SKU launches.
• Work on bulk listing, bulk price updates, inventory updates, and catalog corrections.
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams for unresolved catalog and listing issues.
• Monitor competitors, product content, pricing, and marketplace trends.
• Prepare regular reports related to sales, inventory, listings, and catalog performance.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
• Strong knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub
• Good knowledge of Meesho Supplier Panel
• Good knowledge of Myntra Partner Portal
• Excellent understanding of product listing and catalog management
• Strong knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting, and bulk data handling.
• Knowledge of SKU management, inventory management, pricing, and product attributes.
• Understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization will be an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with practical experience in E-commerce/D2C/Marketplace companies will be preferred.

Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, or Instamart will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant E-commerce/Marketplace experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
